Elevation Certificate Search

Beginning January 1st, 2023, Florida Statute 472.0366 requires a surveyor and a mapper to submit a digital copy of every Elevation Certificate (EC) they complete to the Division of Emergency Management.  You can search here:  https://florida.withforerunner.com/explore

For older ones, you can try this link for Sanibel homes by searching here:  https://mysanibel.us/docs/elevation_certs/  You’ll need to search by clicking Ctrl F and search by the street number (that’s what I find easiest). 

For Lee County:  https://docsearch.leegov.com/Home/Index/customSearch/ElevationSearch  You’ll have to find the STRAP number on Leepa.
