Services where I am paid include housing sales, relocation, senior loans, and senior placement.  I research and vet folks for this site who genuinely care about my clients' best interests.  As my clients share feedback, I add the information to this site to help all of us meet our goals.

Paying for Services

• My compensation comes from home sales and/or referrals.  Originating Reverse Mortgages and, if moving to Assisted Living, the Community pays me a referral fee.  Move-Out Services vary...see pricing.  

• No advanced payments from Seniors or their families.  

• Note: Affiliated Vendors such as Attorneys and Financial Planners have their own fees.

• We CARE about making sure all the folks we work with have the information to make informed decisions.

• We realize that many times decisions are made based on needs, not as much on wants, as we get older.  This means having a plan customized for you is most important.

• In Florida, many seniors' families live too far away to be able to respond to the needs of their senior family member(s).  We do not charge to assist seniors in finding their new home that meets their needs.  We are paid by the communities for assisting in this process of helping folks find the right place for their needs.

• We assist with the sale of the home with either a fast cash purchase or listing the property for a traditional sale, based on the best possible scenario for our clients.

• Help individuals and families understand their senior care options by listening to their needs and wants so they can make their own decision on what meets their needs.

• Match you up with a community based on your needs and budget.

• Tour facilities, communicate with staff, and assist with your decision-making by reviewing places with you.

• Compare the difference in care levels and average cost of care.

• Discover different levels of care available and average care costs.
